The Historic Neighborhood Alliance (HNA) is sponsoring a Candidates Forum to learn their positions on critical issues which impact our historic neighborhoods. The HNA Candidates Forum will be held:


Tuesday October 13th, 6:30pm - 8pm
Salisbury Station, 215 Depot Street



Salisbury's upcoming municipal election finds us with 12 candidates vying for 5 council seats. This is an important opportunity to hear how the candidates stand on three major issues that impact Salisbury's 10 historic districts. The candidates have been asked to come prepared to address the following three exclusive topics:


· Ordinance enforcement and stronger ordinance language for historic districts
· Landlord registration and a Housing Commission
· A Preservation Plan for the City of Salisbury


Residents of historic neighborhoods and people interested in preservation of the same are encouraged to attend this special opportunity to hear the candidates address these issues.
